Why is a CVRT Important?
A CVRT (Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness Test) ensures that your commercial vehicle is fully roadworthy and that your vehicle complies with the basic safety standards on the day that your test is carried out. Once you pass your CVRT, you will get your Certificate of Road Worthiness (CRW).
The legislation states that all commercial vehicles must be tested when they are over one year old, and annually after that. Having your commercial vehicle tested avoids penalty points and fees, and without a CVRT you are unable to renew your tax.
